SHIPPING

We offer world-wide shipping for all orders from our warehouses in Europe and Panama.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your order after confirmation.

We ship all our orders with DHL express shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Shipping is free for all orders.

Depending on Pre-Order status versus stock our shipping delivery dates range as stated below:
Panama (2 business days)
Europe (5-10 business days)
Rest of the world (10-14 business days)

Moreover, kindly note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays during the shipment or other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

If you are placing an order from outside of Panama or Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us.

Remark: as Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import.

RETURNS

We offer free returns for all orders purchased at Maison 75 within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you.

All returns should be shipped using the pre-paid DHL shipping label received from our Customer Care team once your return has been approved through e-mail.

Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.
