Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouses in Europe and Panama.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to modify or redirect orders once they have been confirmed.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and pre-order status:

• Panama: 2 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to our shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

International Taxes & Duties

For orders placed outside of Panama or the European Union, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and may depend on factors such as the value of the goods, materials, and country of origin.

As customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not part of the European Union. As a result, imported goods are subject to local customs clearance and may incur duties and taxes upon arrival.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us at 75officialpanama@gmail.com.

We offer free returns on all Maison 75 orders within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. If an item is returned damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process a refund and the item will be sent back to you.

Once your return has been approved by our Customer Care team, you will receive a prepaid DHL shipping label. Returns must be shipped using this label.

Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for items returned using alternative courier services.
